L'église de Saint-Mungo est un lieu de culte érigé en 1836. Le bâtiment en pierre brunâtre présente un plan constitué d'une nef rectangulaire terminée par un chevet plat et il est coiffé d'un toit à deux versants droits. Une tour-porche centrale de plan carré, percée d'un portail à arc brisé, complète la façade. Une salle communautaire disposée perpendiculairement à la nef est construite contre un angle arrière de l'église. Le lieu de culte est implanté en retrait de la voie publique, sur un terrain au relief peu accusé planté d'arbres matures, à proximité d'un cimetière, dans un secteur rural de la ville de Brownsburg-Chatham. Ce bien est cité immeuble patrimonial. La protection s'applique à l'enveloppe extérieure du bâtiment.
The Church of Saint Mungo is a place of worship erected in 1836. The brownish stone building has a plan consisting of a rectangular nave ending in a flat apse and it is topped with a roof with two straight slopes. A central square tower-porch, pierced by a pointed arch portal, completes the facade. A community hall arranged perpendicular to the nave is built against a rear corner of the church. The place of worship is set back from the public thoroughfare, on slightly steep terrain planted with mature trees, near a cemetery, in a rural area of the town of Brownsburg-Chatham. This property is cited as a heritage building. The protection applies to the outer shell of the building.
